Compliance with the regulations brings many positive effects. Our regulations have been carefully developed with the well-being of all our Guests in mind. They are not only a set of rules and orders, but above all the foundation of our common harmony and comfort. Each point has been thought out to ensure peace and a sense of security for everyone who decides to spend time with us.
We are convinced that following the regulations will allow every Guest to fully enjoy the relaxation and pleasure of their stay. It is also a guarantee that the atmosphere in our place is friendly and safe for everyone. Therefore, we ask you to understand and respect our rules, which are intended to provide the highest standard of service and comfort for all our Guests.
- The hotel day starts at 4:00 PM and ends at 10:00 AM.
- The payment for the stay and the resort fee is collected from the Guest on the day of arrival.
- In the event of a later arrival or early departure, the payment for the entire stay does not change.
- Night silence applies from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. During this time, Guests are obliged to behave in such a way that it does not disturb the peace of other Guests in any way.
- It is forbidden for people not registered in the facility to stay overnight.
- In the event of visits from family/friends, the Guest is asked to inform the owners.
- The Guest is financially liable for any damage or destruction of equipment and devices caused by his/her fault.
- Each parent (guardian) is responsible for damage caused by children.
- The owners of the facility are not liable for the loss or leaving of money or other valuables belonging to the Guest.
- In the event of losing the key to the cottage, the Guest will be charged a fee equal to the value of a new door lock from the same company – approx. PLN 300.
- Smoking cigarettes and e-cigarettes is prohibited in the cottages.
- Frying fish is prohibited in the cottages.
- When using the garden grill, for safety reasons, please light it on a fireproof mat.
- When using the playground, the child is under the full care of the parent (guardian), the owners of the facility are not responsible for any cuts/damages to the child’s health.
- When using the parking lot, one parking space is allocated per cottage.
- The facility reserves the right to terminate the stay of Guests in the event of a gross violation of these regulations.
- Starting the stay in House Natura cottages is tantamount to acceptance of the regulations by the Guest
